What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

When will my credit/debit card be charged?

We will not bill you until your product(s), including back-ordered or preordered items, are shipped. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped.

If you have placed a preorder, your credit/debit card will not be charged until the product ships. However, a temporary authorization for a nominal amount may appear on your online statement as a "pending transaction" and may not reflect price reductions made during the preorder period. This temporary authorization is used to validate the credit card used to purchase your product.

Before shipment of a preordered product, we will process an authorization transaction against your credit/debit card to ensure sufficient funds are still available. When your preordered product ships from the warehouse, your credit/debit card will be charged the products final price.

How will the charge show up on my credit/debit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*ATLAS22 Store"

Do I have to pay sales tax/VAT?

Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?

For credit/debit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I enter a shipping address?

If you order a physical product, you will be prompted to enter a separate shipping address and the shipping method can be chosen at checkout.

Why are you not accepting my credit/debit card?

There are many reasons for a failed credit/debit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit, or it may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact us. Please provide us with any error message numbers you may have received, and the order number from the shopping cart.


Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be back-ordered. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the product ships. You can also check the product page for an estimated ship date for your item(s). Remember that, your credit/debit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
You may change the shipping address before the order leaves our warehouse. Please contact us immediately. After shipment, unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?

To obtain a refund please contact us.
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 10 - 15 business days of us receiving your returned product in our warehouse.
